Op 1 oktober 2016 heeft weer Rocktoberfest plaats. We lieten al weten dat o.a. Bliksem zou aantreden als co-headliner. Maar de affiche is nog niet compleet. De organisatie maakte een paar nieuwe namen bekend. Opvallend zijn toch Hard Resistance en Off The Cross, die we beide kunnen zien als toppers op deze al uitstekende affiche.

''We had promised you new names and we like to keep our word! Let's start with Belgian old school HC legends whose national appearances are rarer than their international tours: Hard Resistance! Secondly, we have Meetjesland thrashes DevastatiöN who come back after their glorious 2014 Rocktoberfest appearance. Also a much acclaimed return is that of our own Roger's melodic metalcore band Set Things Right! And last but not least we have a new, but already so experienced act: Off The Cross, a band rising from the ashes of This Kid (and many others...)! Soon, we will announce our headliners!"
