Rooted in post-punk, wave and alternative rock, A Slice Of Life combines dark atmospheres with melodic strength and live intensity. Layered guitars, atmospheric keys and a driving rhythm section form the backbone of a sound that is both melancholic and energetic. Live, the band stands out through authenticity and dynamics. Everything is performed live, resulting in raw and immersive shows. This approach has led to performances at major festivals such as W-Festival, Wave-Gotik-Treffen (Leipzig) and Sinner’s Day. Their debut album Restless (2018) received strong national and international press, including a 4/5 review in Het Nieuwsblad. With continued releases and a strong focus on live performance, A Slice Of Life keeps expanding its reach within the European dark alternative scene.
