Blending the raw emotion of queer heartbreak with the euphoric chaos of rave culture, “FEEL.ME” is an electronic gut-punch built for dancing, crying, and everything in between.
Driven by 140 BPM of hyperpop-infused, EDM-pop adrenaline, the track soundtracks a dizzying ride through unrequited love, identity, and gay grief. Lyrically vivid and melodically bittersweet, “FEEL.ME” explores the emotional fallout of longing for someone you can never have - a feeling intensified through imagery of LSD highs, PTSD flashbacks, and neon-lit dissociation.
“FEEL.ME is about the dizzying highs and crushing lows of forbidden love,” says MINTAGE.
“It channels a ravey hyperpop energy, imagine frenetic beats and distorted synths, but beneath the delirious fun is real pain and longing. I wrote it to capture that LSD-like rush of falling in love, and the comedown of reality when it slips away. It’s my way of turning queer heartbreak into something you can dance and cry to at the same time.”
