Whatever life throws at you. There is always a plan. Plan C! Born from nighttime experiences, channelled through the creative minds of Specteur and Mika Goedrijk here is Plan C. A torrent of hard hitting beats, piercing synths, no-nonsense guitars and sharp vocals is now available for your ears.
Tuesday’s Skeleton (Feat. Gino Devo) is a top track featuring a guitar, excellent beats, great percussion and a good tempo. I clearly hear hit potential in it! It’s my first Plan C review and I can say that I feel like getting converted into fandom after only one review! I can compare it to a Cobalt 60 song on fire!
Fight or Flight starts with industrial minded vibe’s and great guitar sound followed by the perfect beats! It’s a well fuelled modern EBM/industrial minded track! The lyrics refer to Covid-19.
My machine (Feat. Hans Verbeke aka the frontman of The Mars Model) starts soundscape-isch (a spooky sound), followed by a more pumped up tempo (techno minded), then changes the direction into eclectic techno/EBM to be finalized with into raw punk/industrial (makes me think of Stin Scatzor but with a more modern and mor worked out sound).
Nightlife (Feat. Jana Komaritsa) sounds a bit like Björk or even Ambassador21 (experimental as always): mixing poetry with punk, percussion, electro vibes and a sharp guitar. I love it!
No fillers: only tracks with hit potential! This one goes completely and directly to my personal playlist! Fans of this kind of music will be delighted as this one is heading for the title of best EP for 2025! Are you ready for the future?!
On a Side-note: happy to be able to finally drop some words about Gino Devo / Vomito Negro!
