Leipziger emo/ alt-rock band LEAVE. give the world-famous track "Iris" by The Goo Goo Dolls a new, rocky, but no less emotional, spin. The song’s meaning directly correlates to the plot of the movie "City of Angels", where Cage’s character is an immortal angel but throws away his immortality for love. He becomes human so he can be with the one he loves.

Alongside "Iris", the aspiring alt-rock group announce their debut album "The Cost Of Compromise", to be released on April 4th, 2025, via Out Of Line Music.
LEAVE. is the result of four guys who were stuck in the metalcore scene for years, but finally decided to fulfil themselves musically and personally. Wasting no time establishing themselves in their hometown and beyond, they supported Bands like Polaris, Bad Omens and Ghostkid.
The band creates a spheric, powerful sound accompanied by a voice that gets under the skin. LEAVE.‘s music is primarily driven by the members' mood and feelings, and has no borders in terms of genres or influences. Their music is highly influenced by emo bands of the 2000‘s but also pop or trap artists from today. Always striving to bring their music to the biggest stages, they have supported multiple international acts and come with festival appearances Mosh City Berlin and Summer Breeze Open Air.
