I know the band via Laurence Castelain as she's been playing bass with them last year and on their newest vinyl release as well. She informed me about the statement from the band:
MaD VirGINS decided to release this 45RPM to honor Stef's memory (original bass player in 77, guitarist since 2019) who died on the 10th augustus...just after the recording. They made this 2 tracks vinyl exactly as he wanted to do, with friendship & sadness (Tinderella - Bizness Bizness)
