Epic Records en Legacy Recordings herdenken de 60e verjaardag van Stevie Ray Vaughan met de uitgave van “Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble: The Complete Epic Recordings Collection”. SR Vaughn was een van de meest invloedrijke en toonaangevende (blues) gitaristen van zijn generatie - en ooit, maar kwam in 1990 na een te korte maar intense carriere om het leven bij een helicoptercrash op de terugweg van een concert.  Deze uitzonderlijke verzameling bevat 12 albums en omvat voor het eerst alle studio albums van Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, aangevuld met hun live albums (waaronder het nooit officieel verschenen Live at the El Mocambo uit ’83) en 2 cd’s met met onuitgegeven en zeldzaam materiaal.
