Archetypes Collide have released an alternate version of their album track ‘Fade Away’. This synthwave inspired remix brings with it a nostalgic array of 80’s drums and Synth that is simultaneously energetic, and vibey – making it perfect for a late night drive.
On the remix, the band comments: “When out on tour there’s no shortage of “sleepless nights” and “bloodshot eyes” between shows. I often find myself driving our van and trailer through quiet cities while the rest of the world is asleep. My goal was to capture this late-night drive, “After Hours” aesthetic, of being alone with your thoughts, and the stars in the sky. Stripping down “Fade Away” gave us an opportunity to let the piano and synth take the drivers seat while also highlighting the vocal melodies and harmonies in a more ethereal space.”
