Frits Standaert (also known from Red Zebra) and his good friend Chris Vandevorst formed Oorpool ages ago (electropop/wave made in the 80's), very recently they launched a very cool cover/reworked version of Catherine (PJ Harvey, who btw willl launch very soon a new album).
The song is dark, rock/electro/wave minded and has also a slice of Siglo XX. The bass and the synth are simply amazing, just as the vocals! I'm sure that if PJ Harvey ever listens to this new version she will adore it, just as her fans! Can't believe this version is made in Belgium as it has a very international and a very professional sound! It's simply awesome!
