Len Lemeire's declaration, 'No boundaries, no compromises, only chaos and machines!' sets the tone for IMPLANT's groundbreaking “Chaos Machines” trilogy, a sonic journey into the heart of 2024. Brace yourself for the inaugural chapter, “The Chaos Machines Part 1 – No More Flies On The Windscreen” hitting you with unapologetic force on CD, with vinyl and more conceptual companions following suit later this year.

This 12th studio album is a testament to 3 years of unbridled sonic exploration, an audacious clash against algorithms, and a rollercoaster of accidental genius from the dynamic duo of bearded divas Jan D’hooghe and Len Lemeire. Far from losing control, the Belgian pair opted to let chaos reign, transforming mellow ambient tracks into mesmerizing psy-trance industrial cuts with poignant vocals. Old school EBM and new wave roots morph seamlessly into addictive electro-pop featuring the lush vocals of NOEMI AURORA. Dark moments evoke echoes of early SKINNY PUPPY, icy electro, and the subtle flavours of NIN.

Immerse yourself in the pulsating beat, ready to rock, groove, and reflect with IMPLANT's electrifying fusion of sound and substance. This hypnotic album, filled with noise, melody, bass, beat, and tongue-in-cheek lyrics, unfolds like a collection of intricate sonic tales, revealing hidden parts and offering new clues with each addictive play.

Remember, with IMPLANT, “it's always more fun to pick up the pieces”.
Nothing but... IMPLANT!"

Tales From The City sounds modern, with a good electronic sound and Len’s sharp voice (telling a bit the story). As the song evolves and grows I hear more 80’s influences.

Money On My Mind is a groovy electro track with a nice sound (included a lot of variation). At some point I even hear the sound coming from everywhere!

The Drive has always been launched with a clip. The roaring machine’s give it a very experimental touch, whilst the global sound is very retro and the lyrics: well we all hate flies on the windscreen!

I Feel No More has a perfect tempo and should become a single: it’s fitted for the dancefloor! It’s really hard to sit still during this one! It’s the best track so far and a must have! So DJ’s play that song loud! Within this genre it’s the best track from a Belgian artist from the past years!

Guiding Light has a very hypnotic sound, with some industrial touches. Len’s voice sounds sharp and cold, almost like a demon from an iced level. The roaring sound and beats makes it really worth it!

I Wasn’t There (feat. Noemi Aurora) is the first song where we hear Noemi sing. It’s some kind of electronic duet. I like the beats and the tempo!

The Gospel Of Hate is a slow industrial/minimal wave track with Len spitting out the lyrics. It’s my least favorite track on the album (and would skip it).

Anything You Want has the power and the energy to make it, just as the very special sound that still resonates inside my head. The outro is nice.

The Algorithm starts with stomping beats followed by sharp lyrics. The roaring beats take over, just as the chorus. It’s a pretty good song!

Last one is called Acidification and takes you out for a trip that lasts for 07:09 minutes! The song builds up slowly and has to be played at maximum volume if you really want to enjoy it (or use headphones). The end is a bit chaotic, but that sounds cool as it’s the perfect end for this album! I would have cut the end a bit shorter, but hey that’s just me.

It’s for sure a very experimental trip, but keeps being very interesting and even has a dancefloor filler! I was a bit afraid when I read that Len came out with the phrase: 'No boundaries, no compromises, only chaos and machines!' But It was worth my valuable time and I actually really enjoyed it, so once again: don’t be afraid to dive into this new world crafted by Len and Jan.

Some fun for all kind of fans! So don’t be afraid to give it a shot! I’m looking forward to hear the 2 other albums!
