De Amerikaanse band Grizzly Bear brengt op 18 augustus hun vijfde album PAINTED RUINS uit. De band loste al de tracks “Mourning Sound” en “Three Rings”
De groep – Chris Bear, Ed Droste, Daniel Rossen en Chris Taylor – zaten de afgelopen 2 jaar in de studio waar ze 11 nieuwe nummers schreven en opnamen. Het album werd geproducet door Chris Taylor (bassist van de band) in oa de Allaire Studios (New York) en de Terrible Studios (Los Angeles).
Op 5 oktober start hun wereldtournee (hun eerste tour in 4 jaar) in Dublin en op 14 oktober houden ze halt in de Brusselse AB.
